Holiday Caravan 1. We have called this caravan 'Castle View'. It is a Willerby Granada, 30' x 12', 2 bedroom holiday caravan which sleeps up to 4 people, in 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. It has newly-installed LPG gas central heating in all rooms, mains water (hot and cold), built in seating and free standing dining table, chairs and stools in the lounge area, bathroom with shower, and colour television with Freeview.
We allow dogs in this caravan, so if you have a dog you would like to bring on holiday, this is the one for you! We assume that your dog will be well behaved, and will not go on the furniture. Please bring your dog's bedding and food dishes with you.
Sheets, duvets and covers, pillows and cases, towels for kitchen and bathroom, table mats, oven gloves, bin liners, kitchen roll and toilet rolls are provided. There is a comprehensive range of kitchen equipment including a four burner gas hob, grill and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Crockery aand cutlery for 4 people, kitchen utensils, saucepans and frying pans, etc., basic cleaning materials and a vacuum cleaner, are also provided.
There is a washing machine and iron and ironing board in the Laundry Room, and an excellent drying room with pulleys which you can use.
From the double bedroom there are views towards the Moray Firth, and from the lounge area are lovely views southwest towards Dunbeath Bay and Castle. There is a designated parking area adjacent to the caravan.
There are no additional charges for electricity or gas, although we expect our visitors to use electricity carefully.
The caravan can be hired from 3-7 nights, at a cost of £150 - £250 off-peak, to £240 - £360 peak season. There is a minimum hire period of 3 nights for this caravan.
Holiday Caravan 2. We have called this caravan 'Scaraben View'. It is a BK Bluebird Sheraton static caravan, which is one of the best-appointed caravans ever built. It is a 38' x 12', 3 bedroom holiday caravan sleeping up to 8 people, in 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 full size double sofabed in the living area. It has double glazed windows, LPG gas central heating in all rooms, mains water (hot and cold), free-standing lounge and dining furniture, bathroom with shower, and smart television with Freeview.
Sheets, duvets and covers, pillows and cases, towels and mats for bathroom and kitchen, table mats and cloths, oven gloves, bin liners, kitchen roll and toilet rolls are all provided. There is a comprehensive range of kitchen equipment including a stainless steel 4-burner gas hob, cooker hood, gas oven and grill, full-size fridge/freezer , microwave oven, electric kettle, four slice toaster and electric whisk. Crockery and cutlery for 8 people, kitchen utensils and knives, bowls, casserole dishes, saucepans and frying pans, cooking oil and basic cleaning materials, and a vacuum cleaner, are also provided.
There is a washing machine in the Caravan Park, which can be used for your laundry, a very effective drying room with pulleys, and an iron and ironing board in the laundry room.
From the southwest- facing lounge area are excellent views towards our local mountain 'Scaraben', and with views over Dunbeath Bay to the Moray Firth, and the casement doors at the front end of the lounge area open onto a decked area where you can sit out in the sun. There is a designated parking place adjacent to the caravan.
The caravan can be hired from 3 - 7 nights, at a cost of £220 - £340 off-peak, to £300 - £500, peak season. There is a minimum hire period of 3 nights.
